It is so easy to live our lives only pursuing our own wealth, pleasure, power, and fame. Lent protects us against this. Our penances during this season, and our practices of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving, will give us victory in the battle against spiritual evils and will guarantee that we grow ever closer to Jesus.
January 01, 2022 – No Division in Christ
Because Jesus is only one person, there can be no division between his humanity and his divinity; meaning we must be able to call Mary “Mother of God.”
December 25, 2021 – Holding Baby Jesus
When we need healing, all we need to do is hold baby Jesus.
